The short version: No Smoke does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data on any server. Everything stays on your device. Always.
Information We Collect
No Smoke collects only the information you choose to enter into the app. No data is collected automatically, no analytics are run, and nothing is transmitted to any external server.
The information you may enter includes:

How We Use Your Data
All data you enter is used solely to power the features of the No Smoke app on your device. Your data is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or sold to any third party.
We have zero access to your data. Because everything is stored locally on your device, we are technically unable to view, access, or process any of your personal information.
Data Storage
All data is stored exclusively on your device using local device storage (Hive database and SharedPreferences). No data is transmitted to the internet, to our servers, or to any cloud service.
We do not operate any servers that receive or store your personal information. No Smoke functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to work.
Data Retention & Deletion
How long is your data stored? Your data is retained on your device for as long as you have the app installed. Because your data never leaves your device, we have no data to retain or delete on our end.
How to delete all your data: You are in full control of your data at all times. You can permanently delete everything using either of the following methods:
Delete via the app
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Reset All Data" → confirm. This permanently erases all your logs, goals, streak history, profile, and preferences from your device instantly.
Uninstall the app
Uninstalling No Smoke from your device permanently removes all locally stored data associated with the app. No data remains anywhere after uninstallation.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Once deleted — either via the in-app option or by uninstalling — your data cannot be recovered, as it was never stored anywhere other than your own device.
Since we have no access to your data, we cannot delete it on your behalf. Deletion is entirely in your hands, and always has been.
Third-Party Services
No Smoke does not use any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, crash reporting services, or third-party tracking tools. The only optional third-party interaction is if you choose to open the Breathe: Relax and Focus app from within No Smoke — this simply launches a separate app and no data is shared between them.
Local push notifications are delivered through your device's operating system (iOS or Android). No notification content or metadata is sent to any external server.
Children's Privacy
No Smoke is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has entered data into the app, you can delete it using the methods described in Section 4 above.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the app. Continued use of No Smoke after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Because we do not collect email addresses or contact information, we are unable to notify users directly by email. Please check this page periodically for updates.
